Pilates has been as much about fitness as it has about well being. After working in a busy environment, finding a way to destress after a long day wasn’t always easy. I’ve tried everything there is, and I find that Pilates is the perfect combination of calm, balance and strength.


Pilates in Surrey & Sussex

My classes and 1-to-1 sessions are predominantly based in the South Surrey and West Sussex area, covering Horley, Reigate, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead, Worth and everything in between. Classes range from 1-to-1 sessions, to group classes to corporate events. Please get in touch if you would like to book a class for yourself or your company.

Mat Work Pilates

My classes focus on mat work for beginners through to intermediate or advanced Pilates.

All Levels Welcome

Pilates is great because it really is for everyone. It can start from the smallest movement or flexion, progressing to the next level one week at a time


Frequently Asked Questions

Bring yourselves and ideally a yoga mat to class. If you don’t own a mat, that’s absolutely fine; there will be some mats available to borrow. Bonus points if you bring a friend too!

Any clothing that is comfortable and allows freedom of movement; no fancy clothing required! Socks or no socks, your choice!

Beginners are very welcome. Throughout the classes I will give lots of encouragement and guidance so you know how to complete each exercise. Adaptations for exercises will be made to make the exercise both easier and harder. Pick your modification based on your level. And always speak up or give me a wave if you’re not sure.

Pilates can be perfect for many forms of rehabilitation. Please let me know more about your injury before class and I can make sure to give you particular modifications and adaptations for specific exercises.

The current classes running will unfortunately not be suitable if you are pregnant or within 12 weeks post birth. HOWEVER, watch this space! Pre and post natal pilates classes are incoming!
